These estimate costs apply where you claim is in relation to an unpaid invoice which is not disputed and enforcement action is not needed. This calculator will give you the fixed fee which we will charge to deal with your claim and the rate of VAT is currently 20%. If the other party disputes your claim at any point, we will discuss any further work required and provide you with revised advice and costs and we will charge for any of this work on an hourly rate at either £342 per hour (including VAT at 20%) or £360 per hour (including VAT at 20%) depending on the level of qualification of the Solicitor dealing with the matter.  The number of hours work will depend on the complexity of the dispute.
