This is a summary of the Diversity Data which we collect regularly and report to the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority.  As we are a small organization we have chosen to present the data for our whole organization rather than break it down by job title to protect the anonymity of our staff.  Staff can choose to respond to the survey and this breakdown only represents those who chose to respond which was 32 out of a total of 44 staff.
