We are looking for an experienced Company/Commercial lawyer (5 years PQE+) to join our team in North Yorkshire. We have offices in the City of Ripon and the two market towns of Thirsk and Bedale and would be able to accommodate the successful candidate in any of these offices to suit their preference.

The ideal candidate will also have some Commercial Property experience. The practice has a good base of Commercial clients but this position will require someone who wishes to engage in extensive Business Development to grow this area of the practice. The opportunity might suit a candidate who lives in the geographical area of the practice and is currently working in Teesside / York / Leeds / Harrogate but who wishes to have a better work/life balance.

It is important that the successful applicant will be able to work on a stand-alone basis although there will be secretarial support, so a solid level of experience in the area is expected.
