Oliver Riley is a Commercial Property / Agricultural Solicitor whose clients appreciate the technical knowledge, drive and commercial focus he brings to his work.  

He has considerable experience of advising business, farming and private clients on a wide range of legal matters. He also has particular expertise in dealing with the purchase and sale of agricultural land, commercial property and residential property as well as commercial leases / farm business tenancies. Oliver was the Honorary Secretary of the Yorkshire Law Society between 2016 and 2018 and is well known in the York, Malton and Thirsk Area. Oliver has strong working relationships with many local land agents and accountants in the area.
