We are able to offer advice on an extensive range of employment law and human resources issues for both individual employees and companies.  The support is provided in collaboration with Chadwick Lawrence LLP, whose team have years of experience in handling such matters.


In relation to business support, we are able to offer advice in areas such as the preparation of compliant contracts of employment, company handbooks and policies, in addition to managing all aspects of the employment relationship.  This may include assisting you through a disciplinary matter involving one of your employees, an absence or performance management exercise, or individual projects such as the development of an appraisal system, redundancy or re-structure exercise.


We are also able to offer a fixed fee retainer scheme delivered under the “Box HR” banner.  The scheme provides an unlimited amount of employment law support to businesses for a one-off fee, which can be paid monthly or annually with no automatic renewal.  This is a solicitor-led service with commercial, decisive and expert advice at the forefront of the support.


We are also able to act on behalf of employees who may face difficulties with their employer in areas such as disciplinary and grievance matters, Employment Tribunal claims, restrictive covenant issues, Settlement Agreements, and negotiating exits from the company.  There are a number of potential funding options which can be explored in order to meet individual client’s needs.
