We are looking for a self-starting Property lawyer (4 years PQE+) to join our team in North Yorkshire. We have offices in the City of Ripon and the market towns of Thirsk and Bedale. We hope that the successful candidate will be based in our Thirsk office which is in a modern office building on the outskirts of the town, plenty of free parking and a lovely atmosphere.

The Property department is one of our largest departments and we help clients with all aspects of property work. We aim for excellent client care and have a very low rate of complaints as a result.

The ideal candidate will have gained good, solid experience in all aspects of Property Law and we are hoping for someone who would like to keep a mixture of residential, commercial and agricultural work. The practice has a good base and reputation for servicing local clients including high net worth individuals.

The opportunity might suit a candidate who lives in the geographical area of the practice and is currently working in Teesside / York / Leeds / Harrogate but who wishes to work in a better environment and improve their work/life balance as hybrid working is available.

We have a friendly and helpful support team, offer a competitive salary, and the opportunity to earn a generous bonus on fees received.  Although a full-time role is available part-time hours could be possible.
