•Audio/copy typing of letters and forms/documents.
•Liaising with clients.
•Opening and closing files.
•General administrative tasks as required.
•At least 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in wills/probate matters.
•Excellent word-processing and audio-typing skills.
•Excellent attention to detail, spelling, accuracy, grammar and presentation.
•Passionate and enthusiastic about providing exceptional client service.
•"Can do" and proactive approach, including accepting tasks that may be outside general scope of duties.
•Excellent communication skills and high levels of interpersonal skills.
•Team player, able to work well with others to achieve team or task specific goals.
•Digital dictation experience preferred.
•A professional telephone manner.
•Outstanding organisational skills.
•A typing speed above 70 wpm and good attention to detail.
•Keen to learn new skills and develop or improve skill set.
Happy to consider full time and part time hours. This is a busy hands-on secretarial role.
