Primary Responsibilities

  • Audio/copy typing of letters and forms/documents.

  • Liaising with clients.

  • opening and closing files

  • Diary management.

  • General administrative tasks as required.


Experience Required

  • At least 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary in wills/probate matters.

  • Excellent word-processing and audio-typing skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, spelling, accuracy, grammar and presentation.

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about providing exceptional client service.

  • "Can do" and proactive approach, including accepting tasks that may be outside general scope of duties.

  • Excellent communication skills and high levels of interpersonal skills.

  • Team player, able to work well with others to achieve team or task specific goals.

  • Digital dictation experience preferred.

  • Professional telephone manner.

  • Outstanding organisational skills.

  • Typing speed above 70 wpm and good attention to detail.

  • Keen to learn new skills and develop or improve skill set.


Happy to consider full time and part time hours. This is a busy hands-on secretarial role.
