COVID-19 UPDATE

Page last updated at 16th July 2021

This update confirms the firms current operating arrangements.
The firm is back to working at full strength.  There are staff at all our offices; some of our staff continue to work from home but use secure online systems to conduct business.  You can continue to email or call us as usual.
Our offices are fully open as from Monday 19th July in line with current government guidance.
We do appreciate that not all clients will feel comfortable with visiting our offices , please call or email using the contact details here so that we can discuss how best we can assist you.  We have now returned to meeting the majority of our clients in person but where this is not possible we continue to ensure we provide a high standard of service by telephone, email and post.
At the present time whilst Covid-19 infection rates remain high in our local area we would appreciate all visitors to our offices continuing to wear a face covering whilst on our premises.  We will also continue to have hand sanitising gel available for use in our reception areas.  Our staff will continue to practice social distancing and we will endeavour to keep our windows open as much as possible.
We would ask you to follow Public Health England guidance regarding self-isolation if you have possible symptoms or have been in contact with others who exhibit such symptoms and in these circumstances please do not visit the office.  This is to ensure we protect you, our staff and other visitors to our offices, some of whom may be particularly vulnerable if exposed to Covid-19.
Our overall approach is to follow the guidance issued by public Health England (PHE), which can be found using the following link: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/coronavirus-covid-19-list-of-guidance
